    Copyright and IP notices

Warley Digital LLC, which operates RedSquare, respects other people's rights. Ads are reviewed before they play, and we take down content that infringes. If you hold the rights to something and you think it is on RedSquare without your permission, this page tells you how to let us know.

    Send us a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice". Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice needs to include:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is fine).
    2. The work you say is being infringed, or a list of them if there is more than one.
    3. Where it is on RedSquare: a link to the screen or ad, or enough detail (the ad's name, the advertiser, the screen) for us to find it.
    4. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
    5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent or the law.
    6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or are authorized to act for them.

If you need to send a paper notice, email us first and we will reply with where to send it. We are in Philadelphia, PA.

    What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we take the ad off screens promptly and tell the advertiser who posted it, including a copy of your notice. A notice that is missing something may not be acted on, and we may write back to ask for it.

If your ad was taken down: counter-notice

If you believe your ad was removed by mistake, or you have permission to use it, email [email protected] with the subject "Counter-notice" and include:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature.
    2. What was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
    3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or because it was misidentified.
    4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where Warley Digital LLC can be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice.

We pass your counter-notice to the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have started a court action, we may put the ad back 10 to 14 business days after we receive it.

    Repeat infringers

An account that repeatedly posts infringing content is suspended, and may be closed.

    False notices

A notice or counter-notice that you know to be false can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

    Designated agent

Designated agent: registration with the U.S. Copyright Office pending. Until it is listed, send notices to [email protected].

    Something other than copyright?

For a trademark, privacy or other concern about an ad, email [email protected] and say what and where.
